Between us, we've spent twenty years inside BSH (Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau), MediaMarktSaturn, Seven.One and GEMA. We built design systems, fixed broken ones, and kept them running from inside the company.

Florian is a designer who loves structure, the infrastructure that powers ambitious products. For over a decade he has built design systems inside European companies, most recently a token system unifying all 14 BSH brands, Bosch, Siemens and Gaggenau among them. On every Install he runs the design side: the token strategy, the component library, and getting your team to adopt it.

Sascha turns complex requirements into stable, production-ready software. Backend to frontend with a DevOps mindset, he builds the component libraries, the pipelines that keep design and code in sync, and the tests and CI. He also builds the constraint layer: the rules files, the design-system MCP server and the CI gates that get your AI tools following your system, not their own.
